We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the construction of our luxury villa development in Lombok.
This is a hands-on site management role for someone with extensive construction knowledge and exceptional leadership skills with PERFECT SPOKEN ENGLISH.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a construction team of approximately 60 daily workers, including site supervisors, foremen, and administration staff.
Ensure excellent workflow planning, sequencing, and coordination between all construction trades.
Maintain the highest standards of quality control, with exceptional attention to detail and correct methods of application.
Identify construction issues before they become problems and ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and management while keeping the project on schedule.
