Requirement
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in manufacturing automotive Japanese company.
Strong knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems.
Able to operate CAD/CAM will be an advantage.
Experience in Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and knowledge of HSE practices.
Able to speak Japanese is prefered
Have a sertification relatable is preferred
Familiar of handling ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SMK3, AEO, and PROPER.
Familiar with ERP System.
Maintenance Manager Job Descriptions
Supervise the maintenance team and provide guidance and support to ensure timely task completion.
