As the Assistant Chef at Tre Vietnam Bali, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the head chef with menu planning, preparation of dishes, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, as well as contributing to the development of new recipes. Additionally, you will manage inventory, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and assist in training new staff members. Your role will also involve supporting catering events, ensuring all food is prepared according to our strict quality standards.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to the success of our café. While we value experience, we believe in the potential of our team and are open to nurturing talent. Applicants should possess a minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification and have between one and three years of experience in kitchen roles. Key skills required include proficiency in home cooking, expertise in cooking techniques, and a solid understanding of catering management.
