This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Client-Centric Service:Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the entire tourist visa application process, including electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates.
- Relationship Building:Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters.
- Communication & Client Education:Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step.
- Sales Mindset:Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.
- Continuous Improvement:Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.
- Leverage Technology:To streamline the visa application process, utilize digital tools for efficient document management, and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong client-centric inter-personal skills. Self-initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills, a knack at embracing new technologies, and a strong work ethic are essential to excel in this role.
Experience:
- Minimum of [2 years] experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service capacity, specifically in tourist visa processing.
- Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
