QA Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 3 years as QA Manager or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Garment Quality Management System (QMS).
• Thorough understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection standards.
• Experienced in handling Inline, End Line, Final Inspection, and Pre-Final Audit.
• Familiar with garment manufacturing processes (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing).
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and CAPA implementation.
• Experience working with international buyers (Nike, Adidas, H&M, Primark, Walmart, Costco, Target, dll.) is preferred.
• Good understanding of social compliance and quality audit requirements (SLCP, BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Able to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality meets buyer requirements.
• Monitor quality performance from raw materials through finished goods.
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and buyer quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and KPI analysis.
• Ensure factory readiness for buyer audits and quality inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
