Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a proven track record of improving organic search performance. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies that increase website visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.

• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve website issues.

• Build and implement ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies.

• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

• Work closely with content creators, developers, and the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience with strong hands-on SEO experience.

• Proven experience managing multiple SEO campaigns and driving organic growth.

• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.

• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Understanding of local SEO and international SEO strategies.

• Experience with SEO reporting dashboards and data visualization tools is an advantage.
