Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Solar PV (PLTS) solutions across industrial, commercial, residential, and government sectors.
Manage corporate branding initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the Commercial teams to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals and marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Analyze marketing performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend strategies to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
Support e-procurement activities and monitor tender opportunities in both government and private sectors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the Solar PV (PLTS) or EPC industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesia's renewable energy industry, particularly Solar PV (PLTS), including market trends and business opportunities.
Experience with e-procurement platforms and tender processes in government or private sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willing to travel for business meetings, industry events, and project site visits as required.
