Project Manager – Interior Design
Responsibilities:
Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Prepare and manage project budgets (RAB/BOQ), resources, and timelines.
Coordinate and supervise project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues efficiently.
Implement project changes and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
Evaluate team performance and overall project productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction or Interior Design.
Strong knowledge in budget planning and cost control (RAB/BOQ).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage operational and manpower costs effectively.
Placement: West Jakarta.
