RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve gelato and related products in accordance with service standards.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Clean the workstation, customer tables, and equipment according to the assigned shift.
Handle customer complaints appropriately and report them to the supervisor if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry or customer service is preferred.
Possesses excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Capable of operating a cash register/POS system (training will be provided if necessary).
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
