Business Process & Technology (IT) Manager

Role :

BPT Manager is responsible for leading and manage computer-related activities in company including determine the information system needs for the company, implementing computer systems to fulfill the requirements, maintaining the reliability of the system and manage the database security.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

2. 2-5 years of managerial experience working in Information System (IS) operations

3. Experience in leading and managing IS projects of implementation ERP System and rolling out IS infrastructures across various technologies

4. Working knowledge of

a. ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central

b. Computer programming using power builder

c. Manage on-premise server

d. Network and systems administration

e. Database security and storage systems

1. Strong leadership and management of IS department, critical thinking and decision-making skills

2. Firm grasp on IS infrastructure and operations best practices

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the BPT Team of Finance and BTP Department, ensuring that all systems are functioning smoothly, efficiently and run without interruption in supporting the operation of the company, including design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.

2. Develop the IS team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff

3. Lead IS projects from System Initiation, Analysis, Solution Design (Blueprint), Development until Deployment of the systems and services

4. Monitoring performance of the company’s IS to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IS infrastructure

5. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop IS solutions by defining IS infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

6. Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that IS investments deliver value to the organization

7. Lead the troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal or external

8. Implement and manage security measures to protect the company’s IS and data
