Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our Production team. This role is responsible for performing product sterilization activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards, operating and maintaining sterilization equipment, handling product movement throughout the sterilization process, and ensuring accurate production records. The ideal candidate will have experience in sterilization operations, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Complete the product sterilization work in accordance with the sterilization process specifications.
Operate and perform daily maintenance on sterilization machine, waste gas treatment systems and related facilities, and ensure the hygiene of the regional working environment.
Undertake the receiving, storage, sterilization and distribution of products to be sterilized.
Record and confirm the Device History Record (DHR) of products.
Assist in product packaging in the packaging room.
Abide by work discipline and process discipline.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Proficient in professional knowledge of ethylene oxide and its practical application.
With relevant sterilization work experience. More than 2 years is a plus.
Junior high school education or above or possess knowledge and skills equivalent to the above academic qualification.
Good health, no bad habits.
