Qualifications :
Min SMK graduates with majors in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2 years of professional experience in Electronic Security System.
Experience in electronic security systems including CCTV surveillance, access control, biometric, alarm systems, gate, and cabling is considered a plus; basic IT knowledge in hardware and network.
Understand reading technical drawings (CAD).
Understand low-voltage electricity.
Have a C driver's license.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions :
Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network security device.
Willing to be placed on customer site.
Quickly and efficiently solve clients’ security system issues, including security systems, CCTV surveillance, cabling and etc.
Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure the quality of HSG Teknologi’s services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and customer.
Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
