Junior Engineer

InBody is a global leader in body composition analysis technology, trusted by professionals across the medical, fitness, wellness, sports, and healthcare industries worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and results-driven Junior Engineer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has an interest in engineering, and customer engagement. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with both the sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Conduct installation, calibration, and commissioning of InBody devices at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for InBody equipment.

• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers and prospective clients.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

• Assist the sales team by providing technical consultations and product recommendations.

• Conduct product training for customers to ensure proper equipment operation.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters regarding technical issues, spare parts requirements, and product updates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Electromedical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or any related major)

• Male only

• Fresh Graduated only

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Must possess your own vehicle (car/motorcycle) and hold a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) to visit clients.

• Well-groomed, energetic, and target-oriented 

• Ability to handle customer complain

• Communication skill

• Fast response 

• Basic reporting skill
