Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product portfolio scorecards by product family, clinical pathway, region/subspecialty, revenue, margin, adoption, and lifecycle stage.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence across orthopedic segments such as sports reconstruction, regenerative orthopedics, trauma, bio-trauma, bone graft, tower/equipment, spine, pediatric, and oncology-related opportunities.
- Develop business cases for new product opportunities, including market potential, target users, revenue estimate, margin, inventory risk, regulatory readiness, and strategic fit.
- Support product roadmap planning for 12-36 months together with Product Lead and management.
- Monitor post-launch product performance, including first-case adoption, repeat usage, active doctors, product profitability, inventory movement, and product concentration risk.
- Prepare structured product review materials for Product Council, management review, and principal performance discussions.

Qualifications & Preferred Profile
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, healthcare, medical device, pharma, consulting, distribution, or related industries.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and spreadsheet capability.
- Able to understand revenue, margin, pricing, inventory, adoption, and product profitability.
- Able to convert data and market information into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in medical device, orthopedic, healthcare, pharma, B2B distribution, or consulting is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with Product, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Management.
- Curious, structured, commercially sharp, and able to challenge assumptions with data.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
