Position Summary
The Office Admin Staff provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the company. The role is responsible for document management, office coordination, purchasing support, field errands, and other administrative functions. The position also requires driving for official company business, including bank transactions, supplier coordination, and document submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative, clerical, and office support functions.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, and documents.
- Assist in procurement, inventory monitoring, and office supply management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, government agencies, and business partners.
- Process bank transactions, permit applications, and other official company errands.
- Drive company personnel or transport company documents, supplies, and materials as required.
- Ensure the assigned company vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and internal communications.
- Support branch operations and other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Founder.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field is preferred.
- At least one (1) year of administrative or office support experience is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid Professional Driver's License.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and perform fieldwork when required.
