Travel Consultant / Reservation Officer (French Speaking)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented French-speaking Travel Consultant / Reservation Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Creating customized travel quotations and itineraries for clients.

• Communicating with French-speaking clients via email and WhatsApp.

• Conducting arrival briefings and assisting clients throughout their stay.

• Managing hotel and villa reservations through OTAs such as Booking.com and Airbnb.

• Handling reservation administration and maintaining accurate booking records.

• Assisting with accounting tasks, including payment tracking, invoices, and supplier reconciliations.

• Resolving booking issues and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements :

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Good command of English.

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is preferred.

• Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).

• Knowledge of channel managers is a strong advantage.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
