Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product improvements through data analysis, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on analyzing product performance after feature launches, identifying optimization opportunities, gathering user feedback, and translating business and user needs into effective product solutions that enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze product performance and business metrics after feature launches, evaluate results against KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.

• Monitor user feedback, customer sentiment, community discussions, and market trends to identify user pain points, emerging needs, and improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with the Customer Service team to collect, analyze, and prioritize user feedback, complaints, and feature requests.

• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.

• Plan and manage the product lifecycle from requirement gathering, design review, development, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

• Track key product metrics such as feature adoption, user engagement, retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction, and continuously improve product performance.

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify industry best practices and product opportunities.

• Prepare product documentation, reports, presentations, and product performance reviews.

• Drive continuous product iteration and optimization through data-driven decision-making and user-centric thinking.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Strong ability to gather user requirements and translate business needs into clear and actionable product solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, E-commerce, or Internet products is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent user experiences.
