Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

• Accounts Payable Management: Process invoices, verify expenses, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, and reconcile accounts payable ledgers. Maintain and update accounts payable records.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies, maintaining strong working relationships. Coordinate with departments when required.
• Payroll Support (Overtime): Handle the calculation and processing of overtime payments for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.Coordinate with HR for employee updates, timekeeping data and benefits.
• Expense Analysis: Analyze company expenditures, identifying trends and opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing various financial reports related to payables and payroll. Assist in monthly reconciliation of payroll and payables accounts.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records for all transactions. Support audit requests and document filing for payroll and payables.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to accounts payable and payroll processes for greater efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager, even if outside the immediate scope of this role.
