Our client is a Food/Beverages Company. Currently, they are looking for Factory Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production plans.
Manage manufacturing processes (roasting, grinding, packaging).
Implement quality control and quality improvement measures.
Ensure food safety and hygiene management.
Conduct labor safety management.
Perform equipment maintenance and inspection management.
Manage raw materials and product inventory.
Control costs and production costs.
Drive productivity improvement and continuous improvement activities.
Conduct personnel development and labor management.
Manage delivery schedules and shipping coordination.
Handle trouble shooting and recurrence prevention.
Coordinate and collaborate with various departments.
Oversee overall factory operations and management.
Report to management and manage KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Having experience as a factory manager in a Japanese FMCG company.
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
Business-level English (at least high conversational level).
Skills in production planning and process management.
Ability in cost control and productivity improvement.
Leadership in personnel development and labor management.
Capability in equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Competence in KPI management and management reporting.
