About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Automotive Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Interpreter Production.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian during daily production activities, meetings, training sessions, and discussions
Translate documents, including work instructions, production reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality documents, and technical manuals from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa
Support communication between Japanese management and local production staff to ensure smooth operations
Assist Japanese foreign workers during factory visits, production line observations, and problem-solving activities
Coordinate and follow up on production-related matters, ensuring clear communication among departments
Interpret discussions related to Plastic Injection processes, production planning, quality improvement, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
Prepare meeting minutes and translate correspondence when required
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. High School Degree
High Conversational N3 Japanese & Conversational English proficiency
Min. 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter or Production from any Japanese manufacture
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
