Key Responsibilities:
- Update product listings, pricing, and visual content across all online store channels.
- Monitor incoming orders and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track stock levels closely to prevent stockouts or overstocking on digital platforms.
- Launch online promotions, mega-sale events, and platform-specific marketing campaigns.
- Track sales metrics, analyze traffic patterns, and generate weekly performance reports.
- Respond to online customer inquiries, manage product reviews, and resolve delivery disputes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce stores or online marketplace channels.
- Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic web analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication, sharp attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.
