Training and Development Specialist

Lifewood Data Technology Philippines is looking for an experienced Training and Development Specialist to support employee onboarding, learning, skills development, and performance improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will help identify training needs, develop learning materials, facilitate training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with department heads.
• Develop training materials, presentations, learning activities, and assessment tools.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation, onboarding, workshops, and employee development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, venues, and required resources.
• Monitor employee participation and maintain accurate training records.
• Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Prepare training reports and recommend improvements.
• Support employee engagement, performance development, and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in training and employee development.
• Experience in training facilitation, onboarding, instructional material development, and program coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple training activities.
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel when required.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
