FOR PROCUREMENT/FINANCE & WAREHOUSE STAFF
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or finance-related functions.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
- Track inventory levels and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Prepare purchase budgets and monitor procurement expenses.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
- Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and financial reporting related to procurement and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and financial records for auditing purposes.
