Early Childhood Educator
Nature-Based & Inquiry-Led Learning | EYFS & Reggio Emilia Educational Approach
The Anak Atelier Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate, nature-loving Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Bali. We are looking for an educator who believes in child-led discovery, the outdoors as a classroom, and the value of intentional learning rooted in respect for each child's voice. The position starts on 27 July 2026.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will design and facilitate nature-based, inquiry-driven learning experiences that nurture curiosity, independence, and a deep connection to the natural world. You will play a key role in shaping our practice toward a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, helping us view children as capable, creative thinkers and develop our learning spaces into a ‘third teacher.’
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or Psychology
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a multicultural setting
• Teaching experience with the UK EYFS and/or Reggio Emilia Educational Approach preferred
• Demonstrated teaching experience with nature-based and inquiry-based teaching approaches
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Competent in technology for communication and teaching
• Yoga and mindfulness experience preferred
• A positive and growth-oriented attitude toward learning
