Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project and operational objectives.
Plan, organize, and monitor engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, QS, Production, QA/QC, and other departments.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Review and approve engineering calculations, design changes, and technical proposals.
Support procurement by providing technical evaluations of materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress, engineering KPIs, and budget utilization.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and engineering efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
8–12 years of engineering experience.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of engineering design, project management, and construction/manufacturing processes.
Familiar with engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc., depending on the industry).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English
