Chorus Coffee is seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team in Bandung. This is a full-time position where you will be crafting exceptional coffee experiences and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and reputation of Chorus Coffee, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Your expertise in beverage preparation and your enthusiasm for coffee culture will be instrumental in creating an inviting atmosphere that keeps our guests returning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks, with consistent quality and precision

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipments

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly

• Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Barista in a specialty coffee or hospitality setting, with demonstrated expertise in espresso machine operation and beverage preparation

• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and brewing methods, with a genuine passion for specialty coffee

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and professional manner

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in every beverage prepared

• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
