What Will You Do?
- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience are met
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues on the floor
- Support staff briefing, training, and daily coordination
- Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience as a Service Supervisor / Service Leader in F&B for at least 1 year (preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working on the floor and handling guests
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Can communicate in English
