Job descriptions:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive business growth across internal website and marketplace platforms
Lead end-to-end marketplace operations, including but not limited to, campaign planning, product inventory, pricing, execution and evaluation
Achieve key business targets, including GMV, Net Sales, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Contribution Margin, and overall profitability
Analyze sales fluctuations, customer behavior, and market trends, as well as identify root causes, and take fast corrective actions to drive sales
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to keep the business competitive
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree ini marketing, communication, or any relevant major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior-level e-commerce roles
Proven track record in managing and scaling high-volume monthly GMV
Strong experience in analyzing data, driving online sales, evaluating, and managing budget
Strong leadership, people management, and collaboration across all divisions needed
