Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or sales-related role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in English; excellent call center etiquette; proven customer service skills; ability to effectively pitch products and close sales
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service
