Job Description
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions, clinical goals, and evidence-based practices.
Monitor patients' progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and ensure continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Physiotherapy or Professional Physiotherapist Program (Profesi Fisioterapis).
Possess a valid and active Indonesian Physiotherapist Registration Certificate (STR).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is an advantage.
Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and evidence-based clinical practice.
