- Performs the recruitment of applicants
- Create, design and propose marketing plan & activities
- Ensures that marketing target and objectives are served timely and accordingly
- Monitors candidate’s application progress
- Ensures that supply of applicants is available in any given time, personal background is established, requirements are on hand
- Facilitates presentation of different programs, orientation, alignment meetings and forums
- In-charge of the boosting and promotion of social media account
- Maintains marketing and project data base
- Reports regularly to the Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Courses
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Marketing
- Knowledge in Japanese Language is a plus but not necessary
- Knowledge in Social Media and Web Analytics
