Full job description

Motiv8 Wellness Studio, a premier Pilates studio, is seeking a Barista to craft and serve quality coffee and tea beverages. Prior experience is not required, but it is a plus.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks with consistency and quality.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support Motiv8's wellness vision by upholding premium service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience is not required (training will be provided).
• Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay focused and efficient while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in drink preparation and customer service.
• Eager to work onsite at Oakridge Business Park and able to work on PH holidays.
• Can start immediately.

Hiring Process:

• Phone screening
• Initial interview via Google Meet
• Final in-person interview

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaue City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
