Main Responsibilities :
To manage and deliver customer-focused service in retail outlet
Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
Implement store hours
Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.
Requirements :
Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Good English Communication Skill
Well-grooming and having a good personality
Having experience as a Sales Person will be an advantage
Minimum has one year of working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Willing to be placed anywhere in Bali area
