PT FUJI BUILDING MATERIAL TRADINGS' is seeking a talented Mandarin Speaker - Quotation Staff to join our team.
Job Responsibility:
Make a quotation to the business needs.
Translate the document's needs.
Responsible as a translator and interpreter for all communications in Mandarin into Indonesian in a project
Ensure the continuity of the system, which is running properly.
Create updated reports related to ongoing projects.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the broader team
Qualifications:
Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, both written and verbal
Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
Experience in a similar quotation or customer-facing role, preferably in the building materials industry
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
