Responsibilities
1. Strategy & campaign management : develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels. Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok). Manage the brand’s social media presenc and content calendar.
2. SEO,SEM 7 website optimization oversee company website performance,user experience (UX) and conversion-focused landing pages. Build long term SEO strategies for organic traffic growth.
3. Analytics & reporting track performance metrics across all channels using analytics tools. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership. Continuously test and optimize strategies based on data to improve return on investment (ROI).
4. Team leadership and collaboration : lead, mentor and structure the wider digital marketing team. Coordinate with external vendors, digital agencies, and stakeholders. Align digital strategies with overall business and sales goals.
5. Campaign execution : lead end to end influencer campaigns from initial research, mapping, and talent selection to briefing anda content approval.
6. Negotiation dan contracting : oversee contract terms, deliverables, usage rights, and payment negotiations with talent agencies or individual KOLs.
6. Relationship management : cultivate strong, on going relationship with influencers ranging from micro creators to megacelebrities. Performance tracking analyze kol driven metrics (e.g engagement rates, click through rates, cost per acquisition) to determinate the success and revenue impact of specific creators.
Qualifications
Experience 3 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-performing influencer and digital campaigns.
Network : an established contact list or strong relationship with talent agencies and creators in the local market.
Analytical skills : strong ability to translate raw data (impressions, conversion rates) into actionable strategic improvements.
Soft skills : excellent negotiation, communication, conflict-resolution, and public relations capabilities.
