Job Responsibilities
Proven experience in managing raw material, spare parts, and finished goods warehouses.
Strong expertise in delivery and transportation management.
Lead and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and distribution processes to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure all inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are accurately documented and processed in accordance with established procedures and systems.
Manage warehouse capacity for raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, finished goods, and other materials to ensure optimal space utilization while preventing overcapacity or insufficient storage.
Oversee inventory management to ensure stock accuracy through daily monitoring, periodic stock opname (physical inventory counts), and reconciliation with the warehouse management system.
Ensure the implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles (as applicable), 5S/5R practices, and occupational health and safety (HSE) standards throughout warehouse operations.
Develop and implement effective warehouse procedures to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely fulfilment of operational requirements.
Monitor warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, stock availability, warehouse utilization, and inbound/outbound process performance.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the warehouse team to enhance competencies, performance, and overall productivity.
Prepare periodic warehouse operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant discipline.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in an equivalent managerial position.
Previous experience in a manufacturing company is required.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory Counting (Stock Opname), Material Handling, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP).
Solid understanding of FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, inventory control, and warehouse layout management.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate warehouse teams effectively.
