Job Description

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Planning & Execution:

• IMC Planning: Plan & develop IMC plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of product launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with product team, KOLs, Community team to deliver the results.
• Budget Planning: Responsible for campaign budget planning and allocation.
• IMC Execution: Manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including content marketing, influencers and key consumers engagement programs, offline fans events for campaign launching. 
• Campaign Management: Responsible for promoting product and campaign awareness, users reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms (such as viewership, engagement)  

Performance Evaluation:

• Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of various campaigns and channels to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Marketing technology optimization: Leverage marketing technology including marketing automation and databases to optimize campaign effectiveness.  

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in full-scope strategic marketing with a strong track record in digital campaign management  
• Background: Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
• Passion: Passionate in Gaming & having knowledge of Battle Royal Game is a big plus  
• Skills: Razor-sharp analytical skills, outstanding problem-solving prowess, and clear, impactful communication skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (must-have)
