? Support AMs (Account Management) as a first responder in Merchant chats within allotted SLA, maintaining merchant satisfaction and releasing operational bandwidth for AMs
? Act with a "self-serve first, support second" mindset, efficiently redirecting merchants with non-critical issues to the Help Centre, fostering long-term independence
? Coordinate on Merchant asks (Onboarding, Promo Set Up, Menu & Store Changes, Data Request & Ad Hoc Task) to Internal Workflows
? Escalate issues to internal teams and follow up on escalations closely till resolution whilst providing key updates to AMs and Merchants
? Other ad hoc admin & customer service duties
Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
? Problem solver, proactive, and able to work independently
? Resilient, empathetic and customer-focused
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Proficiency (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables)
? Account Management Experience, F&B Industry Exposure, SQL Querying and Mandarin proficiency is a plus
