Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify essential shipping documents (Packing List, B/L, Commercial Invoice)

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers for timely pickup and delivery

• Track active shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues

• Ensure all outgoing cargo meets packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance standards

• Maintain accurate shipping logs and status updates in the system (PIB, PEB)

Requirements:

• University graduate from a reputable university.

• Has proven minimum 2 years working experience as Shipping

• Good command of English in all skills

• Proficiency in computer & Microsoft Office skill, Preferably experience in SAP program

• Able to work with target

• Able to start work immediately

• Handle ad hoc projects
