Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate (K–12), depending on the account requirements.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with food orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding service.
