Job Description:
- Food Preparation: Complete preparation of dough and batter mixes based on standard operating procedures.
- Production & Quality: Execute daily production plans to deliver high-quality baked goods and superior service.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clean and maintain baking equipment, display cases, bread racks, and work areas.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor and count stocks, manage supply inventory, and reorder items before depletion. Rotate near-expiry items with fresh baked goods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Basic baking techniques and knowledge of food safety
- Qualities and Traits:Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and strong time management skills
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
