Procurement Intern
Reseponsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing: Assist with searching (sourcing), gathering company profiles, and conducting initial screening of prospective vendors.
- Research & Price Comparison: Collect data on price comparisons, product specifications, and market trends to support purchasing analysis.
- Purchasing Process: Prepare drafts for Purchase Orders (PO) and Payment Requests.
- Vendor Communication: Contact vendors to coordinate required documentation, price quotations, and delivery status.
- Accommodation & Travel Logistics: Assist in searching for and booking accommodation as well as transportation tickets for company activities.
Requirements:
- Final-year university student or fresh graduate from any major
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and equipped with strong communication skills.
Location: Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
Stipend: Rp 75.000/day
