Commercial Manager

Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the exclusive importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia.

We're looking for a Commercial Manager who doesn't just hit targets, but owns them. Someone ready to take full command of our revenue engine across Ecommerce, Modern Trade, Salon, and Live Commerce, and turn two of the world's most iconic beauty brands into market leaders in Indonesia.

This is a role for a true commercial driver: strategic enough to shape where the business goes, hands on enough to make it happen.

What You'll Own

• Drive total commercial performance and revenue growth across all sales channels (Ecommerce, Modern Trade, Salon, and Live Commerce) as the primary owner of the numbers.
• Set channel level sales targets, monitor achievement, and decide the operational priorities and product focus that keep each channel performing.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that grow channels, win new customers, and drive repeat orders.
• Design and negotiate promo mechanics, bundling, pricing, and marketplace campaigns with the right stakeholders to deliver against target.
• Lead and expand modern trade partnerships end to end, from Sephora to new retail accounts, covering sell in, sell out, campaigns, and stock movement.
• Build sales forecasts, analyze performance, and translate data into corrective actions, replenishment needs, and clear recommendations to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team (Sales Executive, Host Live, and Modern Trade SAs), including field visits to modern trade branches for refreshment training and on ground evaluation.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Technical Team so every commercial activity is supported by strong campaigns, product communication, and education, while protecting brand positioning.

You're The Right Fit If You

• Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, or a related field.
• Bring at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience, with proven exposure to Modern Trade (Sephora, Sociolla, Guardian, and similar).
• Know how to run e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, business negotiation with Modern Trade, and are fluent enough in English to operate with global brand partners.
• Combine commercial strategy and channel management with sharp sales and business data analytics and customer profitability thinking.
• Are naturally persuasive, strong in influence, relationship building, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Lead with achievement orientation, conceptual thinking, and a high concern for order, integrity, and teamwork.
