ERP Functional (Sr. Staff - SPV) - IT Solutions (B-133012)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is an IT Solutions company. Currently, they are looking for ERP Functional Sr. Staff - SPV (Accounting Module).

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze clients' business requirements related to accounting and finance processes.

• Evaluate existing business workflows and recommend ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis between current and future processes.

• Provide expert advice on accounting and financial business processes.

• Recommend system improvements based on clients' operational needs.

• Ensure ERP solutions comply with accounting principles and business standards.

• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team for system customization when necessary.

• Implement ERP software and ensure seamless integration with IT systems.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

• Business-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.

• At least 3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant for Accounting Systems in an IT solutions company.

• Strong understanding of advanced accounting processes, including Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory Management in manufacturing, trading, or service industries.

• Good analytical and logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
