Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in International Business, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is a plus.
• Target-oriented, strong communication, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in business email and office applications.
• Basic understanding of export-import processes is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for export and import services.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and present export/import quotations (FCL & LCL).
• Proactively follow up on offers to ensure successful closing.
• Work closely with pricing, overseas, and operational teams.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
