Evaluate and approve new suppliers through technical capability, quality system, and risk assessments.
Lead supplier APQP activities, including feasibility review, process flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and Safe Launch.
Conduct supplier system, process, and product audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
Lead supplier quality issue resolution using 8D methodology, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and effective corrective & preventive actions.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as PPM, complaint rate, audit score, PPAP submission, response time, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Drive supplier development and continuous improvement programs.
Support supplier production trials, process changes, capacity verification, and production readiness.
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments.
Maintain supplier quality documentation, quality records, and periodic management reports.
Conduct regular supplier visits within Indonesia and overseas when required.
