Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait.

2. Mampu membaca Al-Qur'an

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Melakukan proses rekrutmen dari pencarian kandidat hingga offering letter.

2. Screening CV dan melakukan wawancara kandidat.

3. Berkoordinasi dengan user terkait kebutuhan dan proses rekrutmen.

4. Mengelola administrasi serta database kandidat.

5. Mendukung proses onboarding karyawan baru.

6. Membuat laporan rekrutmen secara berkala.
