Job Responsibilities
To perform telemarketing and telesales activities to sell various company products. Generate leads by cold calling and identify new opportunities via telemarketing activities.
Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads
Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
To identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing customer base. Provide dedicated account servicing to corporate customers including answering customer information about products and services.
Ensure business growth and increased market penetration.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
Maintain our HSSI Master Prospect database with up to date information. To ensure that we follow PDPA guidelines in regards to our customer data kept in our company.
To provide excellent sales capability and a motivate team player.
Ran seminars , webinars and working with distributors, principals for participation and marketing support
Assist in administrative activities and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties, as and when required.
Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management
Required skills and qualifications
Two or more years of experience in telemarketing or sales or customer service, preferably within CAD CAM PLM / Engineering Software industry
Experience in cold calling and find leads
Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to deadlines
