MOLLINIC is a rapidly growing footwear retailer based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, since 2007. We create updated essentials that seamlessly blend into different wardrobes, allowing for unique expressions of individuality and accessibility in fashion. As we continue to grow and inspire women through timeless yet relevant designs, we are looking for a creative and trend-conscious Content Creator to amplify our brand voice and engage with our digital community.
The Role
This is a full-time, onsite role as a Content Creator, where you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand content across our digital platforms—Instagram, TikTok, website, and beyond. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, shoot, edit, and publish content that connects with our audience and strengthens our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute content in various formats (photo, video, reels, TikTok, stories) for social media and digital marketing needs
- Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand aesthetics
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and visual storytelling techniques relevant to Gen Z and Millennial consumers
- Conduct simple photoshoots and video shoots, including styling, directing, and editing content independently or with a team
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across channels
- Maintain brand voice, look, and feel consistently across all content
- Monitor engagement, content performance, and audience insights to refine future content strategies
- Support live content creation during events, product launches, or campaign activations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or creative production (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)
- Proficiency in using Instagram, TikTok, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
- Strong sense of aesthetic and storytelling with a passion for fashion and digital culture
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera
- Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail
- Able to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if needed
