As a TikTok Training Instructor, you will be responsible for developing learning materials, guiding, and training internal teams (such as Live Hosts, Content Creators, or Affiliate Partners) or external clients to optimize sales performance across the TikTok Shop/TikTok Shopping ecosystem. You will focus on live streaming strategies, high-converting short video creation, and the commercial utilization of TikTok's features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design curriculum, training modules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding TikTok Shop sales strategies, live streaming optimization, and the latest TikTok algorithm updates.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, or coaching clinics, both in-person (offline) and virtually (online).
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of live streams and short videos generated by trainees, providing constructive feedback to drive sales conversion rates (GMV).
• Stay up-to-date with new TikTok features, content trends, community guidelines, and competitor strategies.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions and troubleshoot challenges faced by trainees regarding technical issues or policies within the TikTok Seller Center.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D3) in any field (degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Business/Management are preferred).
• At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a TikTok Live Streamer, TikTok Shop Specialist, KOL Specialist, or a similar role with a track record of driving sales. Experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is a major plus.
• Thorough understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Affiliate, TikTok Ads, and sales analytics dashboards.
• Mastery of engaging live interaction techniques, pacing management during live streams, navigating platform policy violations (bans), and conceptualizing short videos that convert into sales (shoppable videos).
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
